Levada Felder has earned a Bachelor Degree in Computer Science from Hofstra University. She is currently a candidate for a Masters in Computer Science. She also obtained her teaching license for Business School Teaching. Ms. Felder, a lifelong resident of the Freeport community recognized the youth and families were in need of academ
Levada Felder has earned a Bachelor Degree in Computer Science from Hofstra University. She is currently a candidate for a Masters in Computer Science. She also obtained her teaching license for Business School Teaching. Ms. Felder, a lifelong resident of the Freeport community recognized the youth and families were in need of academics, arts, and other family help services. This led her to create a computer camp, afterschool and tutorial programs for youth and families. This camp’s mission turned into the non-profit Eager To Serve, Inc.
Eager To Serve Inc. (eagertoserve.org) is a not-for-profit organization established in 1990 to promote, foster and advance the health, welfare and well-being of children and their families by providing education, recreation, cultural and residential programs.
Because she has a vested interest in helping her community. Ms. Felder has dedicated her most of her adult life to delivering services that create better lives for those around her.

In her history of serving and helping children achieve, Mrs. Pippen served as a Roosevelt Public School District as Manager for the No Child Left Behind Program. Mrs. Pippen is known by her family, community and church as a Fundraiser, the neighborhood mom and taxi and has always promoted student excellence, academics, and character education.

She assists Ms. Felder with designing and implementing business strategies, plans and procedures for PLAY and establishes policies that promote PLAY company culture

Maisha B. Hoye has developed marketing programs for startups to mid-size organizations all with limited budgets and resources in very competitive and innovative marketplaces. Ms. Hoye believes that successful marketing programs begin with the assessment of the business from the customer’s point of view and then develop marketing action plans. With over 15 years of marketing, Ms. Hoye loves creating marketing programs that align lead generation systems, social media, mobile marketing with the business and that lead to increased customer engagement, more effective lead generation and higher revenue.

Ms. Perullo has been working in education for over 20 years. She started her career as a learning specialist for autistic children, helping them to integrate into the classroom and become independent. Perullo then went on to teach special education at the elementary level for 12 years. After that, she moved on to teach special education a
Ms. Perullo has been working in education for over 20 years. She started her career as a learning specialist for autistic children, helping them to integrate into the classroom and become independent. Perullo then went on to teach special education at the elementary level for 12 years. After that, she moved on to teach special education at the middle school level. Nicole Perullo taught self contained, ICT, and small group work at all levels. Currently, Perullo is working as a Restorative Justice Coordinator in a middle school in Queens.
